On August 1st 2007 legislation was introduced whereby any property being offered for sale, with 4 or more bedrooms, had to offer a Home Information Pack (HIP). On 10th September properties with 3 bedrooms were included in the legislation. Soon all sellers of residential property will have to offer the pack.
